myAccountant is an inexpensive cashbook system with simple entry format and considerable flexibility, making it ideal for use for personal accounts or by small businesses who don't need the complexity of full accounting systems.

Entering a payment into the Cashbook automatically enters the person to whom the payment was made into the Contacts list. Search ahead entry fields let you avoid having to key in the entire name for each contact.

CASHBOOK Record all your personal or business transactions. Streamline frequently repeated transactions using the automatic entry of recurring transactions. Bank reconciliation procedure ensures that your records match.

ACCOUNTS Provides for unlimited bank accounts. Each account can have its own Income and Expense categories tailored to suit the particular purpose of that account. myAccountant has a variety of account types to meet most needs of a personal account or a simple business account.  Categories may be added or removed to suit specific requirements.

ORGANISER Schedule meetings, appointments, birthdays and other important reminders.

CONTACTS Records personal and business contacts. Details include phone numbers, address details as well as detailed notes about each contact.

ASSETS Records the purchase, location, and insurance details of all your assets.

PLANNING  Enter budgets for any income or expense category on any account. Reports and graphs allow analysis of actual income and expenses against budget.

REPORTS Powerful yet simple to use. The reporting system gives you all the information needed to make financial decisions in a concise and easy to read format. Show information graphically or export reports to word processor or spreadsheet to simplify the preparation of financial statements.
