myAccountant's Cashbook lets you record all your personal or business transactions. All transaction entries are made on the one simple form which will automatically display the next cheque or invoice number, fill in the full name of customers as you type the first few letters, calculate the GST amount and recall details of previous transactions or outstanding invoices as appropriate.

Record transactions for all the financial accounts you need - business or personal, cheque accounts, savings accounts, credit cards etc.

Transactions can be split across any number of account categories so that you can get a complete picture of your expenditure or income.

Frequently repeated transactions such as rent or loan repayments can be simplified by using the recurring transactions function. You choose whether to have them automatically entered when due, or be prompted to accept or edit the entry.

Bank reconciliation is done by simply ticking against the transactions listed.
